This process is carried out by “MIP” in our office by either selecting from our constantly updated pool of candidates or by conducting fresh advertisements on behalf of the clients.

MIP conducts or coordinates referencing service for your new hire on request. In addition, we have standard orientation/training programme ideal for new staff especially those that are new entrants to company’s sub-sector or those that are fresh from school.
